Happy Birthday Trees!

We celebrated the New Year for the trees, Tu B'Shevat, by creating and exploring with our senses! Our strong hands grated garlic for pickles and dug deep in the soil to plant new seeds. Our curious noses smelled thepungent pickling spices.

We can't wait to taste our pickles and watch our seedlings grow!!
